Digipak ideas and inspiration

I want my digipak to be fun and interesting as often the indie genre is just this thus conforming to the conventions of an indie album cover. Consequently, I have decided to feature the whole band in the front cover of the digipak to create a band identity; while also representing the band of how I want them to be portrayed to my target audience. Move over due to the band being called 'kids love lies' I want the band to not look too serious on when posing for the front cover, therefore this will make the band look fun and playful; which suit the bands name. I also want the digipak to appeal to males and females so I will be cautious on the colours I decide to use. Also, I want the bands name on the front of the digipak in a playful font to also represent the band. Futhermore I am taking inspiration from digipaks such as 'The Arctic Monkeys':
This digipak clearly shows the band members and also perceives them to look quite casual; which is what I want for my band. Also the band name is in a unique and playful font which is also an example of what I want the include in my digipak. The colours are neutral and burgundy which would appeal to a female and male audience and that is another factor I want to create when making my digipak.
'The ting tings':

The ting tings are also an inspiration for the digpak I am going to create as they produce similar music to the band I have chosen and they are also highlighted as 'fun' and quirky artists which is another band identity I want to create for the band I have chosen. I think that the pose in the picture is really important as it's not the usual 'band photo', the black and white edit further adds to the connotation of the indie genre. Lastly the font looks like it is cut out from a magazine advert. This makes it interesting as it is fun and random. The images of the artists also look like they have been stuck on and this creates a theme on the album; which is extremely important for the band identity and is also another aspect I want to include in my digipak.
